W.M. "Rusty" Rush
Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President

W.M. “Rusty” Rush has served as President of Rush Enterprises since 1995 and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2006. He has overseen all day-to-day operations since 2001, when he was named Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Rush served as Vice President and Executive Vice President of the Company from 1990 until November 1995, when he assumed the role of President. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in May 2013.

Steven L. Keller
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Steven L. Keller has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since April 2011. In March 2007, he was promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer after having been closely involved in the Company’s finance and accounting functions since 1997, where he was responsible for financial analysis and planning, business acquisitions, SEC reporting, investor relations and corporate taxes. Prior to joining the Company, Keller, a Certified Public Accountant, worked in the San Antonio office of Ernst & Young LLP and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.

Jody Pollard
Chief Operating Officer

Jody Pollard was named Chief Operating Officer in March 2026. In this role, he oversees dealership operations, aftermarket operations, truck and aftermarket sales, marketing, information technology, strategic planning, and sales enablement. Prior to his appointment as COO, Pollard most recently served as Senior Vice President of Truck and Aftermarket Sales and previously as Senior Vice President of Operations. Throughout his career with Rush Enterprises, he has held multiple leadership roles across 19 locations within the Rush Truck Centers network, including Regional General Manager for the North Texas and Oklahoma Region. Pollard began his career with the Company through its Graduate Trainee program after graduating from Texas A&M University.

Corey Lowe
Senior Vice President, Peterbilt Dealerships

Corey H. Lowe was appointed Senior Vice President, Peterbilt Dealerships in May 2011. He is responsible for operations of the Company’s Peterbilt dealerships. Lowe served as Regional General Manager for the North Texas, Oklahoma and Nashville, Tennessee, dealerships from August 2008 until his promotion in May 2011. Prior to that, he held the role of Regional General Manager for the Oklahoma dealerships from 2006 to 2008 and General Manager of the Oklahoma City dealership from 2003 to 2006. He joined the Company in 1998 after he received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Abilene Christian University.

Jorgan Peterson
Senior Vice President, International Dealerships

Jorgan Peterson was named Senior Vice President, International Dealerships in 2024. Prior to this role, he served as Regional General Manager of the Idaho and Utah Region of International dealerships, where he was responsible for guiding the growth and transformation of the Company’s dealerships. Peterson started with the Company in 2010 as District General Manager of the Idaho Region and prior to joining the Company had been with Lake City International Truck dealership group in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Boise, Idaho, since 2003.

Mark Kuhn
Vice President, Leasing

Mark Kuhn was appointed Vice President, Leasing in 2024. He previously served as General Manager of the Rush Truck Leasing – PacLease Division from 2021 until his appointment as Vice President. Kuhn joined the Company in 2015 as General Manager of Rush  Truck Leasing – Fort Worth. Prior to joining the Company, he held various management roles with PACCAR Leasing Company. He is a graduate of Trinity University, where he double majored in Economics and History.

Michael Goldstone
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Michael L Goldstone was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in March 2023. Prior to his promotion, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company from March 2017 to February 2023. Goldstone previously served as Associate General Counsel from 2010 until he was named Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company in March 2017. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Cooper Industries for 13 years, where he served as Associate General Counsel and as an associate attorney at Liddell, Sapp, Zively, Hill and LaBoon, LLP. Goldstone received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Drew University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
