W.M. "Rusty" Rush
W.M. “Rusty” Rush has served as President of the Company since 1995 and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2006. He has overseen all day-to-day operations of the Company since 2001, when he was named the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. W.M. “Rusty” Rush served as Vice President and Executive Vice President of the Company from 1990 until November 1995 when he began his service as President of the Company. W.M. “Rusty” Rush was appointed Chairman of the Board in May 2013.
Steven L. Keller
Steven L. Keller has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company since April 2011. In March 2007, Mr. Keller was promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company after being intimately involved in the Company’s finance and accounting functions since 1997, with responsibility for financial analysis and planning, business acquisitions, SEC reporting, investor relations and corporate taxes. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Keller, a Certified Public Accountant, worked in the San Antonio office of Ernst & Young LLP and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.
Jason T. Wilder
Jason Wilder was named Chief Operating Officer in 2024. Jason T. Wilder has served as Senior Vice President, Navistar Dealerships since May 2019, as the Company’s Regional General Manager of the Georgia Region from 2011 until 2019, and as the Regional General Manager of the Company’s North Carolina operations from 2008 until 2011. Mr. Wilder started with the organization in November 2006 as the General Manager of our Atlanta medium-duty location. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wilder was the General Manager of Fouts Brothers Truck Center, a medium-duty commercial truck dealership in Smyrna, Georgia. Mr. Wilder has over 22 years of experience in the commercial truck industry. Mr. Wilder is a graduate of the ATD Academy and received a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language and International Trade from Auburn University.
Corey Lowe
Corey H. Lowe was appointed Senior Vice President – Peterbilt Dealerships in May 2011. Mr. Lowe is responsible for operations of the Company’s Peterbilt dealerships. Mr. Lowe served as Regional Manager for the Company’s North Texas, Oklahoma and Nashville, Tennessee dealerships from August 2008 until his promotion in May 2011, Regional Manager for the Company’s Oklahoma dealerships from 2006 to 2008 and General Manager of the Company’s Oklahoma City dealership from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Lowe joined the Company in 1998 after he received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Abilene Christian University.
Jorgan Peterson
Jorgan Peterson was named Senior Vice President, Navistar Dealerships in 2024. Prior to this role, Mr. Peterson served as Regional General Manager of the Utah and Idaho region of Navistar dealerships since 2013, where he was responsible for guiding the growth and transformation of the Company’s dealerships in the region. He started with the Company in 2010 as District General Manager of the Idaho region and prior to joining the Company had been with Lake City International Truck dealership group in Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho since 2003.
Jody Pollard
Jody Pollard was named Senior Vice President of Truck Sales and Aftermarket Sales in 2021, where he is responsible for strategy and growth of our truck sales and aftermarket sales functions across our dealership network. Since joining the Company in 1999, Mr. Pollard has worked in a variety of roles, including Body Shop Manager, Service Manager, Regional Outside Sales Manager, Regional Service Manager, General Manager and others. He served as Regional General Manager of the Company’s North Texas and Oklahoma Region from 2011-2017 and Senior Vice President of Operations from 2017-2021. Mr. Pollard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Leadership & Development from Texas A&M University.
