Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On August 24, 2004, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Thomas A. Akin, CPA to its Board of Directors. Mr. Akin will serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee, and he will also serve on the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.
