Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 1, 2017, the Board of Directors of Rush Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a new base salary of $435,164 for Derrek Weaver, Executive Vice President, effective as of April 1, 2017. Mr. Weaver’s new base salary is reflective of his recent promotion to Executive Vice President. The base salaries for the remaining named executive officers of the Company will remain the same.
